Material: African Padouk | Pterocarpus soyauxii As a perfect alternative for Hunduran Rosewood Vancore is using African Padouk as basic material for bar manufacturing. This African hardwood stands for a warm character and rich sustain. Through sizes of logs and availablility of quarter sawn wood, the bars made out of African Padouk are representing perfectly balanced marimba keyboard in performance and tonality.

To realise the most stable and precise construction, rails and end piece are very carefully designed to make that perfect match. All end pieces are made out of first choice solid Ash wood, carefully shaped and CC machined. Inside the end piece a cut out chamber gives room for a solid special metal sheet for perfect and sturdy mounting of the rails. To achieve perfection in construction and quality we always keep an eye on the natural look of the mallet instruments. A little different but perfectly designed and engineered. Height Adjustment of these models can be executed manually very easily

With just a ‘press on the pedal’ the height of the instrument can be easily adjusted. Comfort lifting resulting in a total free frame suspension, is realised by using durable gas springs to create an optimum of playing comfort.
