These magnificent shells are made from a combination of first choice Beech and Ocumee. Available in different thickness and features. The total manufacturing process is controlled from cutting the tree, to shell pressing. The tone and resonance of these shells is in a class all its own. First class fineers are used to guarantee a superb shell in sound and finish.

Aluforce - The ultimate balance for power and projection!
One of the latest innovations of Vancore are the Aluforce drum shells. The shells are made out of 1.5 mm special aluminum alloy sheetmaterial. This concept stands for an optimum of
projection and accurate sound.

Precision
Through laser technics and digital manufacturing the Alufoce shells are accurate and precise.

Finishes
The shells can be finished in a numerous scale of colours and designs.

Custom Classic Series Snaredrums

During the past 20 years we've gained a lot of experience in snare drum building especially for concert use. Premium materials are exclusively used for building these fine instruments.

It is our believe thath both free floating and traditional snare drums have their own character and playing advantages. We offer different style strainers and both Plywood Impact and Aluforce Shells.

Free Floating Series Snaredrums
The Free Floating Concert snares have a solid full tonality. The perfect bearing edge combined with 12 tension rods, result in a drum that can be tuned to perfection. Options for different strainers, Aluforce and Plywood Impact shells and numerous finishes complete these series to an outstanding line fo concert snare drums.

X-air Free Floating Modular Snaredrums
Blending all snares into one!! These new modular snaredrums are a real innovation in drum building. This double freefloating instrument can not only be tuned by adjusting top and bottom heads, but the drum can be acoustically changed as well. Through an innovative system the snaredrummer can easily open the drum. The result is a sound gap underneath the top section or on the top of the bottom section, depends how the shell is attached to one of those. The result is an tremendous modulation of the sound. Completed with Aluforce or Plywood Impact drum shells we did succeed in blending all snare drums into one!!
